Pay as you go (PAYG)
This is great if you already have some IT knowledge and are just look- ing to have a little extra help or need local support for a remote office. We find that this is a very good way for customers to see what Chalk- wood IT can do for them, without being tied into annual contracts. We will be there when you need us.
If you need a bit more piece of mind, our Support contracts are the next level of support we offer, we will visit your site to fully understand what your requirements are, and provide a full support quotation based on your business needs. A lot of IT companies charge you the same rate for all IT equipment, but our customisable modular support means you can pick a multitude of support packages for different busi- ness assets. This gives you the power to choose what you need cov- ered, and only pay for the service you need. To our knowledge this is a unique support package giving you full control. We will discuss what your service level requirements are and provide you with the indus- tries’ most flexible solution.
Managed Service Agreements
If you would like to hand over the support of your whole environment, or a large part of it, we are more than happy to offer our services. We can provide onsite staff to manage all, or some of your support requirements, this service works well for larger companies who want us to manage their desktop support while keeping their in-house IT experts supporting business critical systems. As with all our support offerings this is fully customisable, and we make sure that it is tailored to you needs.
